The late Palestinian leader, pianist, and linguistics Professor Edward Said's family home in West Jerusalem , with no respect, compensation or even acknowledgment of occupation and illegal takeover, was recently turned over into commercial apartments.
In contrast, homes which were rented by Jewish people in East Jerusalem are being taken over right left and center by Israeli settlers who seek to evict all, I mean all Palestinians from their home and their land , are proceeding with full speed with the help of all departments of Israeli society and government.
This in addition to the fact that Israel which took over 78% of Palestine by force and illegal means, with the help of Britain, the US and other European powers considers all this takeover as God given! And to add insult to injury, Israel wants to keep for itself much of the balance of the 22% of Palestine through each and every means possible by occupying and taking over prime territory through building illegal settlements.
